- Initial introduction and briefing of game rooms
- Resetting game rooms
- monitoring of rooms through surveillance system, controlling game clock and communicating clues via the clue delivery systems
- Be organized and a quick learner
- Working with in-house reservation system
- Receiving, registering and guiding guests
Hosting, set-up, and maintenance of the Real Escape Room locations.
Upholding an impeccable standard of customer experience.
Education/Experience requirements:
- Strong computer skills,
- Motivation to learn new skills
- Handle requests promptly and professionally
- Be organized and a quick learner
- Be proficient with computers
- Ensure guests receive the desired experience
- Good Customer service skills
- Outgoing, easy to talk to, and must feel comfortable speaking in front of and controlling a large group of people.
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to take initiative.
- Open to working variable hours throughout the week – including weekdays, nights and weekends.
- Fluent in English, second language is an asset.
